Following an orientation briefing from your local and knowledgeable guide you will be given a map; then take to the streets to explore this medieval wonder on your own. Start with a walk along the narrow gate walls for a great overview of this walled city with stunning views of red rooftops, the Adriatic Sea, and nearby islands.
Back down on street level you will canvass this pedestrian-friendly city (no cars are allowed) and see its highlights, including Onofrio's Fountain, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace, and the Franciscan Monastery.
